• Products of Ephemere are Thailand FDA-Approval product as well as made under IFRA Certified requirements.

Do we ship internationally?

• Yes, we ship our products internationally; however, within the territories where alcohol-based products can be shipped to.

What are the methods of delivery?

• Standard Delivery via Thailand Post service or
• Express Delivery via Thailand Post EMS service or Kerry Delivery
• LineMan (available only for Bangkok, Thailand)

What are the methods of payment?

• We accepted VISA, MASTERCARD credit card payment via Paypal.
• We also accept bank transfer; however, this option is available only for domestic purchase.

What are return/refund policies of order(s)?

• We only accept a return of any order; reason being the fault of product quality. We will be responsible for any incurred expenses regarding return of the product.
