We  are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item you must contact customer services for the return procedure. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded.

Please wrap your item(/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Ek Thongprasert Office. Ek Thongprasert is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit.
